A travel sales executive is responsible for providing customers with travel recommendations and booking travel arrangements. Their primary duties and responsibilities include:
1. Assisting customers in planning and booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours.
2. Providing customers with information on travel destinations, including popular attractions, local customs, and culture.
3. Researching and presenting travel options to customers based on their preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
4. Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have throughout the booking process.
5. Upselling additional travel services, such as travel insurance and visas.
6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of travel products, trends, and regulations.
7. Processing payments and managing bookings, ensuring that all details are communicated clearly to customers.
8. Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, such as hotels and airlines, to secure competitive rates.
9. Meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall profitability of the business.
10. Providing exceptional customer service before, during and after the travel experience.

**Qualifications**:
BBA/MBA in Travel & Tourism Management
- Experience required: 1-3 Years
- Any experience in travel industry will be added advantage
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Job location: Dabolim

**Duties**:

- Maintaining enquiry list in spreadsheet
- Sending travel itineraries to enquiries
- Handling customer queries about trips & bookings
- Taking follow ups from potential customers
- Updating enquiry status in enquiry list
- Maintaining records of bookings & payments
- Handling Train/Flight ticket bookings
- Collecting reviews & travel photos from customers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
