Business Development Role:
About the JobWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development professional to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
Your primary focus will be on driving business growth through consultative engagement with Finance/Treasury heads and CEOs, as well as developing business through consultative engagement with Branch managers and Regional Heads.
You will also be responsible for prospecting, selling, and managing RMs/Sales people in banks in the region who are also into mutual funds. Additionally, you will need to achieve sales targets, analyze market trends, and generate increasing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the region.
- Drive business growth through consultative engagement with Finance/Treasury heads and CEOs.
- Develop business through consultative engagement with Branch managers and Regional Heads.
- Prospect, sell, and manage RMs/Sales people in banks in the region.
- Analyze market trends and generate increasing sales.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a proven track record of success in business development and relationship management.
Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and be able to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies to drive business growth.
