**Job Title:** Credit Life Insurance Specialist
- Manage the life insurance business through assigned bank branches, fostering growth and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales targets by working closely with bank branch staff and management to achieve excellence.
- Train and motivate bank staff to effectively cross-sell life insurance products, enhancing overall performance.
- Conduct regular joint calls with bank staff to pitch tailored insurance solutions to customers, meeting their unique needs.
- Build strong relationships with bank stakeholders at all levels, ensuring seamless collaboration and open communication.
- Monitor sales performance, providing timely reporting and analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes, maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support, guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for growth and work on expanding penetration across assigned bank branches, driving business forward.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline; an MBA or Postgraduate qualification is preferred.
**Desirable Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in bancassurance.
- Experience in managing relationships with banking partners is highly desirable.
