Job Opportunity:
As a Key Performance Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth across multiple lines of business while maintaining exceptional service levels. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
- Achieve business targets by expanding our agency network.
- Drive new benchmarks in all Agency LOBs (General Insurance, Health, IPA, CL) while ensuring compliance and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth across assigned regions.
- Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement to enhance business performance.
- Ensure a hygienic business practice by maintaining compliance standards across all activities.
Agency Channel Development:
- Strengthen and expand the Agency Channel to drive consistent business growth.
- Recruit, activate, and engage agents through targeted campaigns, training, and incentives.
- Motivate agents with regular feedback sessions and knowledge-sharing platforms to enhance their performance.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- > Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, preferably in General Insurance or Financial Services.
- > Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in Agency Channel and understanding of different LOBs is an advantage.
- > Sales & Leadership Skills: Strong business development, recruitment, and team management abilities.
- > Communication: Fluency in English preferred.
- > Mobility: Willingness to travel within assigned locations to drive business growth.
