Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Regional Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for expanding our customer base and fostering long-term relationships with clients in the secured loan market, specifically home loans.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of affordable housing finance. They will lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets, develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition & Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our presence in the home loan market.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting collaboration and driving results-oriented performance.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities align with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the BFSI industry, with at least 5 years' relevant experience in Home Loans.
  • An in-depth knowledge of affordable housing finance or related sectors.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of success.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
