
Cable Industry Regional Sales Lead

The Area Sales Head will lead and manage all business activities within the assigned region.
This includes driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing key accounts,
and aligning regional strategies with national objectives. The role demands strong technical understanding of cable products, strategic leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
We are seeking an accomplished professional to take on this critical position, overseeing sales efforts and ensuring seamless execution across our cable product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Business Development
- Regional Sales Strategies: Develop and execute localized sales approaches for LV, HW, and specialty cables
- New Business Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on untapped markets in industrial, infrastructure, and other segments
- Account Management: Foster long-term relationships with key clients and drive customer satisfaction
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and positioning decisions
- Branding & Market Presence
- Brand Consistency: Ensure cohesive branding across all customer touchpoints
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams for area campaigns and product launches
- Education: MBA/BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Cable Industry
