Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Regional Growth Strategist to spearhead our expansion across North India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive sales growth and develop regional strategies that align with our company-wide targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of sales managers in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Jaipur, and Lucknow, ensuring they meet their daily targets and maintain a healthy pipeline of deals.
  • Oversee city-level operations in Noida, Gurugram, Ghaziabad, Dehradun, and Agra, fostering strong relationships with CXO stakeholders and government officials.
  • Align all state teams with group-wide targets and strategies, leveraging your expertise in IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, and platform offerings to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in the government, healthcare, education, and enterprise sectors, building a sustainable pipeline and consistently meeting and exceeding quarterly targets.

Daily Activities:
  • Collaborate with state sales managers to set daily targets and track progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Review pipeline progress, negotiations, and closures, providing actionable insights to optimize sales performance.
  • Engage directly with high-value prospects and CXO stakeholders, showcasing your deep understanding of the North Indian market and our company's offerings.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT, with at least 6-10 years of experience in IT/SaaS/consulting sales, including 3+ years in regional leadership. Strong knowledge of Delhi NCR, UP, Punjab, Haryana, and government contracting is essential.
