About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Growth Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team to optimize their performance and maximize revenue generation.
- Develop and implement a business plan to expand our customer base and establish a strong market presence.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed targets.
- Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships through partnership and understanding their needs.
- Present sales reports and forecasts to the management team to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify emerging markets and stay up-to-date with new products and competition status to drive business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
