
Executive Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Director to join our organization and drive business growth through innovative strategies.
This is a key leadership position that requires the ability to develop and execute comprehensive plans, establish efficient processes, and manage high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in revenue cycle management, team leadership, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative business strategies to drive growth and improvement
- Establish and implement efficient process improvements
- Lead and manage high-performing teams to achieve goals and objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in End to End RCM Process and in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations
- Either currently working as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager
- Handled a team of 150+
- Strong leadership capabilities, including ability to organize and manage human resources to attain goals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise with MS Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
