Job Title: Client Success Professional
This is a pivotal role for an ambitious individual who can drive engagement across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in an agency setting. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of ownership.
- They will thrive under pressure, be result-oriented, and possess excellent ideation, presentation, and communication skills.
- In addition, they will have knowledge of social media and be enthusiastic about driving engagement across multiple platforms.
This role involves working on key brands and contributing to the creation of digital experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving content strategy that aligns with brand philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms.
- They will understand stakeholders and create communication for different cohorts.
- Possess the skill to understand client feedback and provide strategic inputs to design and content teams.
- Establish rapport and excellent project management skills.
- Campaign content creation on various digital platforms.
- Develop innovative solutions including content management and maintenance of the brand's digital platforms.
- Prepare reports on a monthly basis with quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Utilize Analytics to analyze and monitor campaign effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a Client Servicing team member or similar role, preferably with an agency background.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices.
- Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box and develop innovative strategies.
- A supportive work environment with no office politics.
