Role Overview

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) clients, providing end-to-end investment advisory and wealth management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, and senior professionals to acquire new business and expand existing client base.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their financial goals, risk appetite, and wealth planning needs.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews, offering strategic solutions aligned with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Advise clients on a range of investment products including mutual funds, portfolio management services, alternative investment funds, bonds, structured products, and insurance.
  • Provide tailored wealth planning, tax-efficient investment strategies, and succession planning guidance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and investment opportunities.
  • Achieve AUM (Assets Under Management) and revenue targets through focused client acquisition and wallet-share expansion.
  • Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the wealth management and third-party product suite.
  • Leverage existing relationships to grow client base through referrals and networking.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, RBI, and IRDAI regulations.
  • Maintain transparent, ethical, and client-centric practices.
  • Minimize operational and investment risks by adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Post Graduate/MBA/CA/CFA preferred.
  • 12–18 years of experience in Wealth Management/Private Banking with a reputable organization.
  • Proven individual contributor track record of managing HNI/UHNI client portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, and wealth planning solutions.
  • Established network of HNI/UHNI clients in Bangalore and surrounding regions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and advisory skills.
  • High integrity with a client-first mindset.
