Customer Experience Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Transformation Specialist to join our team. This role will play a key part in helping brands fully capitalize on their CXM transformation, delivering personalized and substantial experiences across all channels for their customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe DX solutions, third-party applications, and enterprise architecture advisory and implementation. They will possess an innovative attitude to solve complex problems and make impactful technical decisions.

We are looking for someone who can effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing with both customers and internal stakeholders. A strong ability to identify and capture themes and needs that exist across multiple customers is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize and translate customer business requirements into a North Star architecture.
  • Participate in efforts to resolve internal/external customer challenges.
  • Maintain solid governance, communication, and organizational change within the Ultimate Success Organization.
  • Provide feedback to and have regular interaction with many teams across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Deep knowledge of Adobe DX solutions and third-party applications.
  • Possess an innovative attitude to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a consistent track record of building relationships and leading change.
