About the Role

This is a highly strategic position that involves leading corporate strategy and risk management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying early warning signals of credit risk, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective loan portfolio monitoring systems to track overdue accounts, defaults, delinquencies, and NPAs, and identify early warning signals of credit risk.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop actionable strategies to mitigate credit risk while aligning with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, credit, and collections teams to strengthen credit decision-making and improve recoveries.
  • Establish and maintain robust credit risk frameworks, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Prepare regular MIS, risk reports, and portfolio reviews for senior management, highlighting key risk trends and exposures.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of asset quality and recommend measures to maintain a healthy loan book.
Requirements

The successful candidate should possess 4-9 years of experience in corporate strategy, risk management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
