We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic financial planning manager to join our finance team. This role is crucial for driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the business.

  • The ideal candidate will lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.
  • They will analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • A strong financial modeling and analytical skillset is essential for this role, as well as proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance financial models for scenario planning, profitability analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Track key business drivers and market trends to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to support decision-making with financial models and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.
