Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

The role of Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Leader is a crucial part of our organization's strategy. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of financial metrics and business drivers.

This leader will lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have 14-16 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in a large or multinational organization.

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes across business units.
  • Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive financial performance and cost optimization.

A successful candidate must have strong proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Power BI). Additionally, they should be able to develop financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investments, and strategic projects.

This position requires excellent communication skills, as the candidate will need to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and commentary.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls and corporate financial policies. They should also be able to support senior leadership with ad-hoc analysis and presentations.
