Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager who is well-versed in tracking team performance and has hands-on experience in scaling up teams. The ideal candidate will have a complete revenue-generating mindset, drive team members to achieve targets, and create a potential for earning higher incentives.
Job Responsibilities
• Team Building & Recruitment: The candidate should bring 4-5 field sales team members along.
• Training and Motivating Team Members: The candidate should be able to train and motivate team members to achieve set targets.
• Performance Targets: The candidate should set up performance targets within the assigned territory and monitor their actual delivery.
• Engagement and Activation of Agent Network: The candidate should drive engagement and activation of the agent network in the respective cities/zones.
• Continuous Flow of Listings: The candidate should ensure a continuous flow of listings for the city with the help of agents.
• Regular Visits: The candidate should regularly visit agents to build a strong influence over the network.
• Quality Leads: The candidate should ensure quality leads to agents and their account management/servicing.
• Cross-Functional Departments: The candidate should coordinate with cross-functional departments like tech and marketing to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Agent Engagement: The candidate should ensure engagement of agents through trust, communication, and service offerings of the company.
