Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Asset Recovery Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing collections in assigned areas, achieving collection targets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling collections for assigned areas and achieving collection targets on various parameters such as resolution, flows, credit cost, and roll rates.
  • Ensuring that non-performing assets (NPAs) are kept within allocated budget and taking proactive measures to minimize NPAs.
  • Increasing fee income/revenue and developing initiatives to control and reduce vendor payouts.
  • Conducting asset verification and possession through court receivers as per Section 9 process.
  • Tracking and controlling delinquency of assigned areas and focusing on non-starters.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues promptly within specified turnaround time.
  • Building relationships with key clients to ensure timely collections and monitoring defaulting customers.
  • Representing the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies and ensuring adherence to legal guidelines.
  • Allocating work to field executives and ensuring agencies perform as per defined service level agreements.
  • Ensuring adequate feet-on-street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise and obtaining daily updates from collection executives.
  • Initiating detailed account-level reviews of high-ticket accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with audit/regulatory bodies and company policies/procedures.
