About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CRM.io. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers to create a robust pipeline of leads.
  • Engage prospects through outbound calls and emails to initiate conversations and qualify their interest.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand potential customers' needs and challenges.
  • Effectively communicate CRM.io's value proposition to prospects, emphasizing its ability to automate customer conversations and boost sales.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted outreach strategies for specific industries or regions.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and track outreach activities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
