Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at CRM.io. In this role, you will play a key part in driving new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers to create a robust pipeline of leads.
- Engage prospects through outbound calls and emails to initiate conversations and qualify their interest.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand potential customers' needs and challenges.
- Effectively communicate CRM.io's value proposition to prospects, emphasizing its ability to automate customer conversations and boost sales.
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted outreach strategies for specific industries or regions.
- Maintain accurate lead data and track outreach activities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in SaaS or tech environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
