About the Position
This is a challenging opportunity to work as a CRM Executive, managing customer relationship management systems and executing CRM campaigns.
- We maintain and manage the CRM database, ensuring accurate data quality and segmentation.
- We execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) in support of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Customer engagement, conversion rates, and churn are monitored and analyzed, providing actionable insights to our business team.
- We collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to personalize and optimize customer journeys.
- Campaign performance analysis is provided, along with regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Loyalty and retention programs, including customer feedback and satisfaction surveys, are supported.
- We assist in automating CRM processes and workflows to enhance efficiency.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field is required.
- B2B or B2C experience is essential.
- 1–3 years of experience in a CRM, marketing, or customer engagement role.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Moengage, Firebase, Kwikengage)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and focus on data quality and customer insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer segmentation strategies.
