About This Role
The Senior Treasury Manager position plays a pivotal part in driving our financial strategy and ensuring the company's financial stability. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in managing cash flow, investments, and funding requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize liquidity, minimize risk, and maximize returns on investment
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure accurate financial planning
- Oversee investments, including foreign exchange management and interest rate risk mitigation
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as banks and investors, to negotiate favorable terms and rates
- Monitor and report on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the company's financial operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in team leadership and collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with high attention to detail and accuracy
