Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of operations spanning multiple business lines, focusing on follow-up, billing, and cash posting.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
  • Support automation initiatives by coordinating efforts and ensuring seamless post-implementation results.
  • Oversee a portfolio of improvement projects related to backend services, driving impactful outcomes.
  • Manage profit-and-loss statements to ensure strategic growth.
  • Foster employee engagement and monitor associated metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with quality, training, and onshore teams to drive collective success.
  • Mentor and guide improvement projects to achieve lasting impact.
  • Develop business strategies through targeted improvement initiatives.
  • Establish key performance indicators to measure progress and guarantee operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in end-to-end revenue cycle management, including AR follow-up, billing, cash posting, and credit in acute/hospital billing.
  • Prior experience in people management, ideally with 10+ years, is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management principles is essential.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills are crucial for success.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is vital.
