Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary operational leader to spearhead the successful implementation and launch of new products, services, campaigns, and initiatives within our organization. This pivotal role ensures that all operational aspects - people, processes, and technology - are fully prepared and optimized before go-live, minimizing risks and maximizing business impact.

You will serve as the critical bridge between strategy, development, and execution, driving cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.

  • Strategic Planning & Process Design: Develop and implement a robust operational readiness framework and methodology for all initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams (including Product, Marketing, Sales, IT, Customer Service, Legal, and Training) to identify operational impacts, define requirements, and ensure seamless transitions for new launches.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify potential operational risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, developing and executing mitigation plans to ensure smooth deployment and minimize disruption.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for operational readiness, building strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to manage expectations and secure necessary resources.
  • Operational Handoff: Define clear operational handoff criteria and ensure all necessary documentation, training, and support structures are in place for teams post-launch.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational readiness efforts, driving continuous improvement post-launch.
  • Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team focused on operational readiness excellence, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
