Operations Team Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Team Manager to join our team. As an Operations Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day planning and operations of your team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing daily operations and ensuring that team members meet their Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensuring that the team adheres to their schedules and delivers performance goals.
  • Creating and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for the team.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between management and the team for operational matters.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Conduct coaching sessions and provide feedback to team members to help them improve.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team performance.
  • Support professional development for each team member by setting individual goals and providing ongoing feedback.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong track record of success in team management and operations. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
