Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Administrator

Location: Remote Work Environment

Full-time Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administering the ServiceNow platform across various modules, including IT service management, IT asset management, IT operations management, configuration management database, human resources service delivery, field service management, and workplace delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Flow Designer, business rules, client/server scripts, and access control lists
  • Proficient in creating catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and service level agreements
  • Hands-on experience with domain separation, scoped applications, data import/export, and user interface policies

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems
  • Strong skills in setting up and tracking metrics such as ticket volumes, deflection rates, module usage, and service level agreement performance
  • Demonstrated leadership in instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes
  • Excellent collaboration skills with human resources, IT, and facilities teams to define and streamline workflows
  • Experienced in audit preparation, compliance documentation, and training level one and two teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
  • Experience with cloud-based services and software as a service (SaaS)
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
