Servicenow Platform Developer

As a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow platform developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Servicenow platform to meet the organization's needs. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of ITIL and software development methodologies, and experience in configuring catalog items, UI policies, notifications, and approval flows. They should also be proficient in writing scripts using the Glide API to automate form behavior and background logic, as well as supporting integration tasks involving REST APIs or data imports. Additionally, they will participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and QA testing, and contribute to documentation, versioning, and user guides. A strong collaborative and troubleshooting skillset is also essential for this role.   • 4–6 years in ServiceNow application development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Flow Designer.
