ServiceNow Support Specialist Role Overview

This position requires a skilled professional with in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and IT service management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades to guarantee stability and operation, aligning with industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional support to end-users, addressing their queries and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform, and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the ServiceNow platform, promoting a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure all support activities comply with IT security policies and federal regulations, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure, with a deep understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Familiarity with IT security policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is highly preferred.

This is a remote position requiring flexible scheduling to accommodate U.S. time zones, allowing for maximum productivity and work-life balance.
