Payment Support Specialist: Banking Application Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to fill the role of Payment Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the uptime and stability of critical banking applications.
- Provide Level 2/3 application and production support for digital payment systems.
- Monitor application health, system alerts, and perform incident management to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams for issue resolution and change implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and hands-on experience supporting UPI platforms, retail banking applications, and payment gateways.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 8-11 years of experience in application support, production support, or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting UPI platforms, retail banking applications, and payment gateways.
- Proficiency in SQL, Unix/Linux commands, log analysis, and scripting (Shell/Python preferred).
- Good understanding of monitoring tools, incident tracking systems (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, ServiceNow).
