Enterprise Application Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Application Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting and developing complex enterprise applications, with a focus on billing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and support various billing applications, ensuring seamless execution of build and run activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner, working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
- Write and optimize code in multiple programming languages, including IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, and Shell scripting.
- Provide expert-level support for billing-related processes and systems, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in coding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving, with a focus on enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of billing workflows, with experience in developing and implementing billing solutions.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and its capabilities, with experience in managing incident, request, and change management tickets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, with certification in relevant technologies (e.g., Java, Informix) a plus.
