Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide top-notch technical assistance to customers and partners worldwide.
This role involves working in a remote environment, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex issues related to our software.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve technical issues with our products for global customers and partners.
- Document and verify reported problems, utilizing all available tools, resources, and documentation.
- Log/report issues on CRM, provide effective communication to customers, peers, and teams.
- Understand and set issue priority based on urgency and business impact.
- Closely work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience in networking, CentOs Linux, and Windows OS. In addition, expertise in at least two or three of the following areas is required: Contact Center Technologies, Application Support, Telephony experience/SIP, XML scripting, and Object Oriented Programming.
