We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow platform professional to lead our organization's strategic use of this powerful technology. As a ServiceNow Platform Strategy Leader, you will drive best-practice solutions and strategy, leveraging your expertise to optimize our ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for our ServiceNow platform
  • Engage with stakeholders across business, IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and effective use of the platform
  • Establish governance and standards for development, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Manage vendors and partners, including ServiceNow and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), to maximize value from our platform
  • Optimize licenses and budget allocation to achieve maximum ROI measurement
  • Design and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and success measures to track progress and inform decision-making
  • Align the platform with organizational goals, such as digital transformation initiatives
  • Balance innovation, stability, and cost-effectiveness to ensure optimal platform performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role focused on the ServiceNow platform, with a strong background in platform management and strategy
