Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, interpret, and respond to federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders effectively.
  • Create and edit high-quality proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and compliant with regulations.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to gather inputs and drive project success.
  • Maintain accurate compliance matrices and ensure all submissions meet solicitation requirements efficiently.
  • Manage the proposal development lifecycle, including reviews, deadlines, and final submission seamlessly.
  • Develop and maintain a library of past performance, resumes, and reusable proposal content.
  • Proofread, format, and standardize documents for consistency and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience writing proposals for US federal government contracts successfully.
  • Strong understanding of the federal acquisition process (FAR/DFAR).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
  • US citizenship or work authorization is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • APMP certification or Shipley methodology training can be beneficial.
  • Experience supporting proposals across multiple industries (IT, staffing, healthcare, logistics, professional services, etc.).
  • Familiarity with proposal tools (Loopio, RFPIO, etc.) can be advantageous.
