Role and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will manage and drive revenues of selected accounts through a team of Account Managers to attain market leadership in Cluster Strategic Accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Revenue Management: Achieve circle budgeted revenue targets for all VIBS products, enhance revenue through quality sales, and manage existing revenue generating farming accounts.
- Business Development: Open new accounts, participate in national programs, and generate pipeline for large opportunities.
- Process Management: Maintain forecast accuracy, adhere to sales processes, and drive CXO level engagement.
The successful candidate will have:
- 7-10 years of sales experience, with a focus on strategic account management.
- Strong negotiation and sales planning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
