Role and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will manage and drive revenues of selected accounts through a team of Account Managers to attain market leadership in Cluster Strategic Accounts. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Revenue Management: Achieve circle budgeted revenue targets for all VIBS products, enhance revenue through quality sales, and manage existing revenue generating farming accounts.
  2. Business Development: Open new accounts, participate in national programs, and generate pipeline for large opportunities.
  3. Process Management: Maintain forecast accuracy, adhere to sales processes, and drive CXO level engagement.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 7-10 years of sales experience, with a focus on strategic account management.
  • Strong negotiation and sales planning skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
