Supply Chain Solutions Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Solutions Expert to design and implement effective supply chain planning solutions for our clients. This is a remote position that involves business travel.

As a Supply Chain Solutions Expert, you'll work directly with clients to understand their business needs and configure optimal supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro). You'll play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting data integration, and ensuring clients gain measurable value from their investments. You'll collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Senior Supply Chain Solutions Experts to deliver high-quality solutions that optimize supply chain operations.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with our clients to understand their business requirements and collaborate with project teams to configure solutions accordingly.
  • Configure RapidResponse (Maestro) according to customer-specific processes, business requirements, and source system(s) functionality.
  • Support Solution Architects designing complex solutions for business requirements while maintaining best practices.
  • Support the validation and testing of the solution and capture user feedback.
  • Support data management and data integration-related activities.
  • Perform any other reasonable project-related tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience from 1 to 5 years is required.
  • Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations Research or a related field with an excellent academic record.
  • Certification as a Supply Chain Solutions Expert level 1 is a must. Anything above is a plus.
  • Capability to develop RapidResponse(Maestro) resources to provide or support expected functionalities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Detailed-oriented and self-directed.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Practical knowledge of supply chain systems and business operations.
  • Industry certifications such as APICS CPIM/CSCP (or similar ones) are an asset.
