Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in supply chain planning to lead our RapidResponse implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and deploy advanced analytics workbooks leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse capabilities.
  • Create transformation workbooks with automated tasks, schedule commands, and workflow automation chains.
  • Develop embedded algorithms and workflows to enhance business logic.
  • Author and enhance scorecards and dashboards for data-driven decision making.
  • Improve existing workbooks as per business requirements and perform associated regression testing.
  • Create functional specification documents, technical documentation, and testing scenarios.
  • Drive technical execution of solutions including requirements gathering and blueprinting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in implementing Kinaxis RapidResponse modules.
  • Knowledge of Kinaxis scripting, forms, webservices, macros, embedded algorithms, and workflows.
  • Foundational knowledge of RapidResponse Data Governance, Data model, and scenarios architecture.
  • Experience in integrating Kinaxis with other ERP systems and data warehouses.
  • Must hold Kinaxis Author Level 3 or Solution Consultant Level 3 certification and have at least 3 solution certifications in RapidResponse.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain planning processes.
  • Able to identify process gaps, design solutions, and configure the system.
  • Build automation of vendor collaboration, forecasting, demand & supply planning processes.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, IT partners, and global business leaders to evaluate problems, analyze, and build solutions.
  • Conduct workshops to understand business process requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  • Configure the system, design resources like alerts, metrics, dashboards, scorecards, forms, and scripts.
  • Design and develop technical and functional specifications.
  • Working knowledge of popular ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to innovate.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
