Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain planning and be able to leverage advanced analytics and data visualization techniques to drive business results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and collaborate on projects to implement and configure supply chain planning solutions, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.
  • Configure modules for demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Design and build dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports using advanced analytics and data visualization techniques.
  • Integrate supply chain planning systems with ERP/legacy systems using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Work closely with business users to translate supply chain requirements into functional solutions, providing tailored support to meet their needs.
  • Perform rigorous data validation, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs.
  • Provide comprehensive training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary skills to leverage supply chain planning effectively.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar supply chain planning solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management.
  • Advanced analytics and data visualization skills, including knowledge of dashboard design and reporting.
  • Proficiency in integrating systems using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware.
