Enterprise Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in designing and implementing integration solutions across various industries. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of industry standards and practical experience in integrating enterprise systems, supply chain management, and industrial automation environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable integration architectures to support seamless data exchange between enterprise platforms and shop-floor systems.
  • Apply standards in integration design, ensuring consistency and interoperability.
  • Architect and implement integration frameworks to support smart manufacturing and connected supply chains.
  • Collaborate with client teams to define requirements, map data flows, and establish secure communication protocols.
  • Leverage APIs, middleware, ESBs, and modern integration tools for reliable deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 7-12 years of experience in system integration, industrial automation, or manufacturing IT/OT.
  • Expertise in ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP, MES, and supply chain solutions.
  • Familiarity with industrial automation technologies and data exchange protocols.
  • Exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, digital twins, and advanced analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of integration platforms.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance in life sciences manufacturing.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
