Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to lead our logistics operations, ensuring seamless transportation, warehousing, packaging, and distribution processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire logistics process, from production to customer delivery, while maintaining timely communication with customers.

About This Role:

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
  • Oversee warehouse management, including inventory control, storage, and shipping/receiving
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track logistics performance and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or a related field, preferably in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions quickly
