Senior Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess a sound knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in distribution and manufacturing. Strong networking skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with existing stakeholders and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand our presence in the market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with hospitals and healthcare institutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  1. Hold a degree in Pharmacy or a related field (e.g., Science) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Demonstrate exceptional analytical and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing business deals.
  3. Be a strong influencer, able to build relationships and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  4. Display effective leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving targets.
  5. Have a solid understanding of various distribution software systems and technologies.
