About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Manage the executive's calendar, prioritizing conflicting needs and ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Respond to emails, letters, and phone calls on behalf of the executive, filtering inquiries and addressing issues as appropriate.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings. Take meeting minutes and track follow-up tasks.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain the executive's files, documents, and records.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, equipment, and overall office operations as required.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing corporate events, team offsites, and executive-level meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
