Job Overview

As a Sourcing Team Lead, you will be responsible for expanding our database of channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales through channels (brokers & alternate channels) at all active projects.

- Achieve targets set for sales through channels and networks as per timelines.

- Foster high-quality channel partners, considering brand repute and market standing.

- Leverage excellent team management skills to motivate the channel sales team.

- Streamline registration, training, certification, and brokerage disbursal for channel partners.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills.

- Experience in channel/corporate/closure sales.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a team leader.

- Concept of B2B for non-industry background.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MBA or PGDBM preferred.

- Graduation mandatory.

- At least 10 years of work experience in real estate with 3 years as TL.
