
Pesticide and Veterinary Drug Sales Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and expand our international sales performance.
This integral role is critical to the growth of our organization, and the successful candidate will be at the forefront of business development and the sales cycle.
- Identify potential customers and prospects through market research and analysis.
- Formulate, manage, and execute sales plans with the sales team to generate leads and introduce products to new customers.
- Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones by expanding international markets through multiple channels and optimizing customer service systems.
The ideal candidate must have a university degree in business, marketing, pharmaceuticals, or chemistry related fields and more than 2 years of sales experience in related Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients including pesticide and veterinary drug. Experience in cold calling and being tenacious and hungry to succeed are essential requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and prospects.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor information, customer voice, and needs.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, marketing, pharmaceuticals, or chemistry related fields.
- More than 2 years of sales experience in related Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients including pesticide and veterinary drug.
- Experience in cold calling and being tenacious and hungry to succeed.
