- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support community growth.
- Influencer Marketing: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key industry influencers to amplify the message, expand reach, and drive community participation.
- Speaker Coordination: Liaise with speakers for online events, managing schedules, content requirements, and logistics.
- Market Analysis & GTM Strategy: Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities, developing tailored Go-To-Market strategies.
- Feedback & Reporting: Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to internal teams for product/service improvement, and reporting on community growth, engagement metrics, and event performance.
- Brand Advocacy: Cultivate brand advocates within the community, empowering them to promote initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.
- Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
