Job Title: Strategic Financial Operations Lead

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis functions. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.

  • Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
  2. Cost Reduction Strategies: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and implement process improvements.
  3. Operational Tasks: Collaborate with executive team and department heads to prioritize tasks and achieve objectives.
  4. Business Partnering: Provide analytics support and drive strong relationships across the organization.
  5. Performance Analysis: Analyze actuals against budget and forecast to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Decision-Making Support: Provide stakeholders with timely, detailed insights on business performance.
  7. Commercial Insight: Offer commercial insight and analysis of results, identifying underlying trends and challenging the business on performance.
  8. MIS Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly management information system reports with variance analysis.
  9. Working Capital Management: Manage working capital for the group.
  10. Business Challenges: Identify and understand business challenges, propose, and create solutions.
