Financial Strategist

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial strategies, leveraging expertise in finance to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple key initiatives around cost transformations, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, process redesign, and other finance related programs.
  • Create project plans with clear action items & milestones, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
  • Engage stakeholders and communicate project plans and status, risks and escalations, and project deliverables.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and steering committees as requested.
  • Align project portfolios with organizational financial goals and objectives, driving strategic alignment and business results.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in finance, including strategy development, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience managing global teams and relationships.
  • Ability to establish and track KPIs, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Proven ability to anticipate and respond to changing strategic priorities, with a focus on prompt and efficient execution.
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority.
