Finance Leadership Opportunity

The role of the Head of Finance is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance.

  • Balance creative ambitions with financial discipline and support bold decisions with solid numbers.

As a strategic finance leader, you will be responsible for leading our finance function, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and investor relations. You will also develop financial models to inform decision-making, manage audits and compliance, and build a high-performing finance team that drives business growth.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have a CA qualification with 6–10 years of experience in finance, preferably in startups, e-commerce, fashion, or marketplaces. A deep understanding of consumer businesses and marketplace economics is essential. You will need strong analytical skills, ability to build financial systems and models from scratch, and excellent communication skills to work closely with founders and senior leadership teams.

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional who can thrive in ambiguity, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
