Strategic Financial Planner

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning Leader to deliver strategic financial insights across the business unit. This key role will oversee our FP&A team in providing comprehensive analysis and driving informed decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead planning and budgeting cycles, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating analysis to senior leaders.
- Coordinate forecasting of cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet across various cycles.
- Analyse group spend, develop reporting suites, and support senior leaders in supervising initiatives and benefits.
- Partner with global teams, coordinating business operations and initiatives.
- Challenge spend, ensure cost alignment with plans, and recommend improvements.
- Support arguments for capital projects and initiatives; analyse outcomes and ensure delivery.
- Provide insights on spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive optimisation.
- Collaborate with Procurement on supplier contracts and processes.
- Continuously review and optimise reporting and accounting procedures.
- Proven business partnering with senior leaders in global organisations.
- Independent, detail-focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience in improving or creating planning and reporting processes.
- Organised, fast-paced, and deadline-driven.
- Strong communicator, able to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
