Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. As the key player in informing business decisions, you will leverage your expertise in global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and own the development of global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.

Build, maintain, and improve financial models to evaluate business performance across countries and revenue verticals.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities.

Evaluate and analyze potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including preparation of detailed financial models.

Manage detailed cash forecasts to monitor cash burn.

Support scenario planning, long-range financial models, and ad hoc strategic analyses.

Collaborate with the CFO on capital raise activities, including pitch decks and insightful analysis.

Manage the company's CAP table and oversee dilution scenarios with additional funding rounds.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Clear communication skills to translate financial data into insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and support stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and time zones
  • Fluent, professional-level English
