Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for companies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries that provide valuable insights into our organization's financial performance.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and minimizing debt.
  • Use accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and NetSuite to streamline bookkeeping tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Assist in preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any bookkeeping issues promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and NetSuite.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
