Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, ensuring timely closing of books and reconciliations, preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), and handling GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using software such as Tally.
  • Ensure the timely completion of book closures, reconciliations, and preparation of monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Handle all tax-related compliances including GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns filings.
  • Assist in ROC/MCA filings, secretarial coordination, and other statutory compliances.
  • Prepare and review management information reports (MIS), variance analysis, and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing financial insights.
  • Conduct payroll processing, vendor/customer ledger scrutiny, and invoice management.
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding day-to-day financial and accounting matters.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or senior finance leads in financial modeling, strategic planning, and investor reporting.
