Job Title: Strategic Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of the business management unit, you will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives and driving operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create insightful reports and presentations to track progress against strategic objectives for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Develop compelling business cases for transition and transformation opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive content and inputs for key governance meetings, including quarterly performance reviews and Board presentations.
  • Support the preparation of CEO townhall content and other strategic communications.
  • Reconcile internal and external headcount data with HR systems to track entity growth and scale.
  • Develop accurate headcount and financial metrics projections based on current staffing, open positions, and planned transitions.
  • Prepare engaging presentations for quarterly business reviews and ensure business decks are regularly updated for leadership consumption.
  • Maintain and improve dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI; identify and implement opportunities for automation to streamline existing reporting processes.
  • Liaise with IT teams and external vendors to coordinate enhancements and major updates to reporting infrastructure.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic planning and drive data-backed decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, project management, business management.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
